I enjoy the "Charts with Notes", but would like to edit the scan and haven't seen a way to do it. I would like to scan out stocks with volumn under 1 million and a price range over $20. Is this possible?

You can Choose Chart with Notes as the WatchList to Scan when creating an EasyScan, but the WatchList itself is not editable (as the Chart either has notes that match the desired authors checked under Notes or they don't).

Can I add it to my PCFs column, or do you have the formula so I can add it in?

Charts with Notes is a WatchList. I do not know of a way to add it as a Column or use it in a Personal Criteria Formula. Note Dates can be used as a Column or a Sort however (but not as part of a PCF).
