Have you installed the Macromedia Flash Player? If not, there is a link to do it up in the video window above.

aaawww,
It is on the menu that comes up when selecting the Drawing Tools icon (a pencil) on the third line of the chart itself. You may wish to review the following:

The video plays for me. Some things to note. The video is designed to be viewed with the Internet Explorer web browser (although I used Firefox to view it).

Visit www.adobe.com to download the latest Flash Player for your computer.

The following site has several links for troubleshooting Flash player errors:

Flash Player Support FAQ

If you still can not get the videos to play properly, disable your antivirus/firewall programs and then reload the webpage with the video and see if you can play it now.

If you are trying to view the videos over a dialup Internet connection, please be advised that these videos can take a while to load. They can be very large files.

It may help to right-click the video and set Quality to Low. You can also try right-clicking the video, going to Settings and clicking the open folder icon in the lower left corner. Set Local Storage to the far-right for Unlimited.

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact technical support.

All e-mail communication sent to support@worden.com during business hours (Monday through Friday 9AM-11PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM-3PM ET) should be answered within 20 minutes of arrival. For an even quicker response to tech support questions, we recommend calling our voice line at (919) 408-0542 (there is no phone support on Sundays, some Market Holidays or after 9PM ET on weekdays).

I can't view this video. I get a blank white area where the screen should be. I have Macromedia Flash Player and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. All of the other tutorial videos play fine (those on Dame Learner's EPS scan and the MACD tutorial, for example).

The tutorial videos are great! Very instructive and easy to understand.
I'm looking forward to watching this one when we can discover the problem.

I just played the video. There is no way for us to diagnose the issue for you on these forums. Please contact our tech team so they can figure out what might be the issue.

Technical Support is available via telephone, live chat and email. Their hours are 9AM - 9PM EST through the week, and 9AM - 3PM Saturday. support@worden.com or 919.408.0542. Support is also available via live chat. You can go to the Live Tech Support Chat during business hours for live interactive chat with one of the Tech Support Agents.

NormB,
Please scroll up. The times might be different if you are in a different timezone (which I why I noted ET - for Eastern Time), but the dates should be correct if you are in the continental United States.

My post dated Saturday, October 14, 2006 9:09:12 AM ET is in this topic 6 posts above this one.

Craig's post dated Monday, November 27, 2006 6:52:07 AM ET is in this topic 4 posts above this one.

The path to the config file was altered at some point which is why you couldn't view this video in the thread. This has been fixed. The download option has always worked.
