If you're having trouble viewing any of the training videos, make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player installed. Click here to download:

http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer/

If you're still having trouble after installing the latest version of the Flash player, let us know.

I have installed Flashplayer 7.0, but the only video I could view was "Winning QQQ Trading Simplified". None of the others would open.

Weird, the QQQ video and the others are all in the same format. Do you see anything in the topic when you click on it or is it just blank?

What browswer are you using? IE, Netscape, etc.

I'm using the Mozilla Firefox browser (it has built-in spam and popup/down blockers). Sometimes in opening the videos, its blank and in others, I get the Worden email format.

OK, that's the problem. Working on making the videos viewable with Mozilla, but right now they require IE.

Good video but for next time, you might want to add the chart scaling features and why the user would select one scale over another.

Also, the videos run fine in the Opera Version 7 browser. I find the Opera browser even more feature rich than Mozilla Firefox, especially if you like tabbed browsing.

I want to use the training options that Worden has. I saw a "note" saying "I clicked on the play button and
nothing happens". Same for me. However, ans was to contact Tech Support and that is a toll charge. Can this same question be answered by an e-mail to Tech Support and approx. how long does that take?

Tech support can be reached via email at support@worden.com. Response times are generally less than 20 minutes.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player. You can find a link to download it just below the video above. I would try that first, and if you are still unable to start the video, then contact support.

The database covers any stock that is listed as a common stock on one of the three major exchanges...AMEX, NYSE, or NASDAQ...regardless of share price.

Doug:
When I subscribed to TC Gold, I found this video to be an excellent "getting acquianted" tutorial.
I recently upgraded to TC Platinum. Is there another video or any other tutorial to "get acquianted" with the Platinum features? I used Search to locate Platinum info but only found a few "piecemeal" topics.

There is not one general Platinum video. The features are spread over a few videos:

How to set up price, news and note alerts in TCNet

Check upgrades, downgrades and stocks InPlay in TCNet

Real time indicator sorting (available at the Platinum level)

Stay informed with over 40 news sources plus Briefing.com in TCNet

Hi,
The video mentions 300+ watchlists - I am unable to find them on the download tonight even after watching video twice. Any suggestions?
Thanks

News is only available in TeleChart at the Platinum level. Your trial membership is at the Gold level. However, you can install Worden Studio (if you haven't already), and you will have access to news headlines there. Worden Studio is included at no extra charge for Gold Level memberships.
