what happened to visual indicator sorting( visual value and visual change) in 12.4v?

My guess is that you are referring to the various visual sorts which are available in TC2000 version 7.
Comparing indicators using Visual Difference sorts
Sort by Visual Value to find new highs and lows in price and indicators
Sort by indicator or price movement using Visual Change sorts
Visual Sorting by TSV
If so, this feature is not one of the features of TC2000 version 7 which ended up being implemented in TC2000 version 12.4. TC2000 version 7 has fixed zooms with each zoom having a certain number of bars.
Greater detail and perspective with zoom levels and time frames
In TC2000 version 12.4, the zoom is far more adjustable.

Even minor changes to the scroll and zoom on the charts could result in significantly different visual sorts.
