Martha Stokes, CMT, did a stupendous job ya'll. DO NOT MISS the chance to check it out. IT WAS EXCITING. One AWESOME webinar after the other for several weeks in a row now. Keep up the Great Work!

Just watched it (away last week) excellent! Is there a way to get that pre-built Bollinger Band Workspace that was created for that presentation?

Thanks,
Steve

There was, but doesn't look like it's still there.

Last week you could go to "File -> Open Workspace -> Pre-built Workspaces" and select "TechniTrader BB Webinar" from the list.

That workspace  no longer shows up in the list of available workspaces.

You can go to Martha Stokes website and download the workbook.... it has the indicator settings she used in the presentation.

At present, we are only leaving the webinar-featured Workspaces up in the pre-built library for 1 week after the webinar in which they were presented.

And what is the rational behind that?!?

No rational, just the routine Worden policy of minimal information release.  It gives them a sense of security.

I can see both sides of this, so I don't really want to step in a steaming pile, but if the workspaces are pulled after a week, you might as well pull the webinar out of the archive as well.

VERY GOOOOOD POINT!

Worden: Really come on, one week. Geez. How about some type of export import feature WB does not want to keep we can at least import the settings.

i liked the webinar as well, and missed getting the workspace.
Can't we share workspaces among ourselves? or is that forbidden, or not possible ?
I see a "TC2000" folder in my "documents" folder with "user" and "data" folders.  Are the "workspaces" saved on the wordens servers, or locally?

I too greatly enjoyed Martha's presentation. She has amazing perspective.

I assume that the reason we can't share workspaces is that they reside on a cloud server. What would be nice (and maybe it is planned) is to have the share capability we had on StockFinder.

Any way, thanks for having people like Martha, Tina Logan, Harry Boxer and Jim Farrish on the webinars. I have learned a ton of reality from these folks. If you can ever get Gary B. Smith, that would be a real treat.

That workspace is no longer available in the pre-built library, but here are the indicators and parameters used on Martha's chart:

Price with Bollinger Bands (period 20, StdDev 2)

Bollinger Bands %B (period 20, StdDev 2)

Moving average of Bollinger Bands %B (period 20, exponential)

Time Segmented Volume (period 18, exponential)

Moving average of TSV (period 12, exponential)

Bollinger Bandwidth (period 15, Std Dev 2), plot style = Line

Moving average of BB (period 15, exponential)

Bollinger Bandwith (period 15, StdDev 2), plot style = Histogram

You may want to take a look at the Sector Rotation Workspace- Webinar: Secrets of Sector Rotation and How to set up chart for Martha Stokes webinar around Sept 12th topics.
