I performed a reload of TC2000 for Funds this weekend, which included having my account reset as required. I seem to be missing data for all funds for several weeks. Data between May 3, 2005 and May 31, 2005 is missing. How can this be corrected?

I used chat with techsupport and they told me that they will fix it shortly. Now, 2 weeks later, after fix I have only 1 year data instead of at least 5. And that goes about a lot of funds in different families

A new funds CD will be required to correct your problem. I just placed an order for a replacement CD and it will ship out tomorrow (Monday).

BAD DATA EVERYWHERE AGAIN!!!. I installed new CD few weeks ago and now... First time it happened in October - one month after I started my subscribtion. How often do I have to go through this? Does anyone check this data before letting people to download that crap? Can I entrust my money to anything using TC2000?
