I performed a reload of TC2000 for Funds this weekend, which included having my account reset as required. I seem to be missing data for all funds for several weeks. Data between May 3, 2005 and May 31, 2005 is missing. How can this be corrected?

I reported a problem with fund data on Nov 6, 2005, and it has not been corrected yet. I've pasted in the note and reply. When can we expect this data to be corrected?
