Dr Eric Wish was on the Worden webinar Tuesday night with Julia Ormond. He discussed his approach to the market and offered this scan with his PCF's detailed.

His screen set up:
#1 Price with 4 - 10 - 30 Day Moving Average
#2Voume with 50 Day Moving Average (I think)
#3MACD histogram 12,26,9 with STOC 10,4,4

He is a major proponent of Darvas and O'Neil and called himself a Trend Follower & Swing Trader. He uses Telechart for himself and in his class that he teaches on trading.

Hope this may help someone

I am wondering if Julia will create a layout based on Dr. Wish's great video. Daily & weekly.

Attached is a chart with the indicators specified above and a condition containing all three of the PCF conditions from the .pdf file.  Just drag the condition to the Filter to find stocks currently passing.

StockFinder version 5 required to load the chart.

Can you explain how I would make a column in my watchlist in SF5 (to double click) which would flag symbols

Create a personal watchlist and name it "Flagged".  Then you can add that watchlist (or any other personal list) as a watchlist column.

Simply download SF5 and install it in a different folder 3rdeye. SF5 is still in its beta so you will have both versions installed on your hardrive. It is a great upgrade.

good luck

Art. I also downloaded the Beta 5 version of Stock Finder.

I think that it is time to move up to the best that the Wordens have to offer. I have been working with the intraday charts and I am going to also up grade to the Stock Finder Platinum. I like the rule-based sorting tools as well as over laying them right onto the candles.

We can talk via e-mail about the details. I am not sure how far along your knowledge of the new software is but I look forward to discussing it with you.

For those that sign onto platinum we can also creat our own private chat romm and discuss all this stuff live.

Thanks Apsll.

Well as great as you have been doing lately (see your boast above <g>), you would have to do an old man a favor and pay my way. Social Security don't hardly pay enough to warrant the Gold version. But durned if I'm not having so much fun learning how to use it, I just skip my meds so I can keep up the monthly payments . If I were to go Platinum, I'd have to get a box and live in the streets.

Email would be fun. Did you watch this last video out from Dr. Wish? Good meat to chew on.

Sorry Art if my statements are perceived that way "Boastful"... Hey when you think that way of me then just look at the simulator game and revel in the fact that I am in dead last place.

Bigblock is correct in his recent statements that the markets have been more easy lately than a $10 whore. I will try to be less boastful going forward.

I am just now getting through a ton of You-tube vids created by the "Stock Bandit" based on the version 4 of Stock Finder. I am also viewing the tutorials on the stock finder web site.

I am going to assume that you are just kidding around about the cardboard renovations.

I do not like to use others scans on trading as I have tried to make them work over the years but to no avail. I prefer to design my own scans and set-ups. I do need the occasional help from the math wizards from time to time.

My Google e-mail account has a chat feature and we will work it out...

Oh that was not meant to be derogatory at all. I'm sorry if it was taken that way. Sometimes it's so difficult to say exactly what is on our minds properly. And I'm not all that good at forming words these days.

Perhaps my word "boast" should had been "speaking of" or something like that. I'm very happy you are doing well in this market. I would be very pleased if I were doing so and would be excited (as you are) to share my ideas of success with others who are interested.

Now you know why I don't talk in these forums very often. It's hard to remove foot from mouth lol.

Please continue sharing. I, for one, learn from you.
