Looks like you are trying to pick a bottom.  Hope you are a lot better than I am at that.

Take another look at these and their relation to the 50dma.
You've picked some recent winners that IMO are looking a little sickly.

jj  , Yes you are right. Of all my five latest picks, EEE is definitely the "safest" @ around $2 in my opinion. It has little downside, and 70% upside ($2+-  to $3.40). I appreciate your comments and your support. I study very hard to find stocks between $2 to $5 for the average Joe in this forum. I like my four other picks and think they will move soon and quickly as well.

Hey 3rd eye, thanks for your response to my post and picks. I would like to respond to your reply with three basic remarks:

        1) I am not at all trying to pick a bottom, but rather using my own special pattern that picks rather quick, rebounding stocks. EEE, and ROYL are what I call my "S.S" Pattern.

        2) Most of the $2-$5 stocks I look for, yes you are right are recent winners. I look for what I call "Boom/Gap-Up" stocks that then have an orderly decline with the underlying indicators still remaining strong.

        3)   Yes you are right that they have broken down below their 50dma's. In fact, one of the criteria of my S.S. pattern is that the price is between the 200dma and the 50dma. When they rebound, om the way up, the 50dma is a barrier or resistance, but they always make it to at least this point and usually always shoot past this level.

Thank you for your thoughts,             ... Starwood IP

   Hello everyone,

Appears like cdti began to move today. Bought more eee and kv-a yesterday. I think kv-a has very strong underlying indicators here, and is setting up for a killer day up.Maybe a one-day pop of $1.50-$2 or so! Royl looks good too.

I would also like to add another name that I have been watching, and bought a lot of yesterday. Txcc! Bought yesterday @ $2.95. I think a great swing trade into the low $4's. All of these patterns look good here.

                                                 Thanks  ,          Starwood  IP

  Hello all,

Hmmm... Cdti up 94.87% today alone on +3,835% Volume!!!  It was as high as $8.64 intra-day or 121.5%... Not bad... On May 12th it was one of my five top picks, and on May 19th I gave an important update stating that it started to move. Not bad for a thinly traded stock.

I have recently stressed that Royl is next to move big. It is currently @ 3.40 as we speak. This is going to $5.60 very soon. It has the same pattern that Edap had and I picked right here a few months ago.  I then predicted to buy Edap @ $3.20 or so, and to sell @ $5+. It sunk to $3.22, and quickly went to $5.02.  I am standing buy Royl the same way . I said on May 12th to buy it around $3, and to sell it @ $5.70 or so.
    Feedback appreciated   ,          Thanks!

PCF
(MAXC30.1 - MINC30.1) / (MAXC250.100 - MINC250.100)

Simple ratio to try to capture Current 30days Change .vs. the 150day change 100 days ago.

Ascending -    Currently very small movements vs 6-12 mo ago, perhaps buyouts or bankruptcy.
Descending - Large movements recently vs 6-12mo ago

You could add volume Pcf's and other ideas to capture interesting movements.

Once you get the numeric difference you could filter the list with a quick scan to hone in on the activity of your interest.

   Hmmm.. Hello all fellow traders,

Please check my post from Thursday, May 19th above.

Cdti:  Went from the mid-high $3's to as high as $11.20 on Friday or almost 300%( a triple)

Kv-a:  Went from $2.38 to $3.38 on Friday alone or 42%

** Royl:  Is next on list...   $3 ish to $5.60  or a predicted 75-80%

                                                             Thanks,

    Ok, sure 3rd eye.

BUT first, let's see how Royl fares this coming week or two...Lol.. If you haven't bought Royl yet, you "might" still be able to pick it up between $3.05 to $3.20(maybe).  I currently have a limit order to even buy more at $3.18, IF that happens. If not, I still have lots I bought at $3.01.

Like I said before, I look for stocks that the average Joe can buy and make a nice percentage gain in a fairly short time. I use four basic patterns, but my "S.S" Pattern is my favorite. Like any stock you have to get in and out in the right trading window. Study my past winners I have picked starting back in early February, all of which were S.S. Patterns:

OPXA, EDAP, SHZ, SPIR, PSTI....etc...   Royl should be next...  Cdti was something else and so was Kv-a...

Ok, so teaching you my pattern/strategy is not easy and would take weeks to teach. But for starters, I am not "tech-saavy", so how do you post/attach a chart to your comment?

                                           Thanks,

Starwood - impressive so far - I am trying to understand your methodology.  You said that one of your crtiteria for the S.S.  was that the price was between the 50 and 200 dma -  KV.a was clearly not so what made you buy it then?  Great move on May 27th! Or have you not bought it yet and are waiting for it to cross the 50 which it might do on Tuesday?

Sold Kv-a today, probably too early, but made 79% from $2.38 to $4.26(high of $4.29 today)

          So  Cdti:  Tripled or +300%

                K-va: +79%

Royl: Predicted 75-80% to $5.60ish  very soon here...

Also, would like to add a new name, which, I am not buying YET, but starting to closely monitor. Nvgn is currently @1.08. I hate buying stocks <$1, but if falls to 85 cents to 99 cents, I MIGHT begin to nibble on it. I will study it more because I have been very busy and will give updates. But my initial/ "un-tested" prediction:

           Nvgn:

BUY:  85 cents to 99 cents

             SELL:  $1.50 + (maybe as high as $1.90ish intra-day)

                                               Thanks,

Nice pick sieandme!  I bought this early in the year and sold it quickly for some profit. It is great that you held on to it!  I do not have a crystal ball, and only make predictions on a handful of recognizable patterns, but my educated guess would be it will trade between $2.50ish- 4.65 or so. Currently @ $3.18, ther are some overhead problems it looks like between $3.30 to $3.60. I think I would hold it for another month or so, and maybe it will be back in the $4's, hoping for the sell target of $4.60ish...

                                  Good Luck,

Thank you wwrightjuly4 for posting these four charts of my former picks. All have moved nicely except for Eee, which really moved into the $2.40's, but has more room to go.  Nvgn started to move Friday (Up 19-27%.)  My newest picks are :

                                                                                      Pran
                                                                                      Txcc

                      Hey bb,

Yes, Nvgn was textbook, how it took off and behaved.

Most definitely Pran is my newest #1 pick to move next, followed by Txcc. I still like Royl to be a big winner in the months ahead( $3.30 seems to be the latest bottom.)

Accumulate shares of Pran @ an average price of $1.75 or so, and I promise you will be golden in the weeks ahead.

star,

I have bought all these on your recommendation on Jul 25
royl 3.65
aray 8.41
cdti 6.05
eee 2.05

Im really feeling the pain...what should I do, please tell me, I can't understand why these would have gone down.  You said they were the SS pattern...they must go up  right.....

royl 2.92       -20%
aray 5.87     -30%
cdti 4.87      -19%
eee 1.65     -20%

Im out of work,  I took out a 2nd mortgage to put the kids through college, my mom is having surgery, and I borrowed money from a friend.  I told him you had suggested these stocks and that the SS system was infallible.  I failed grammer and spelling in 6th grade.

please help.  These have to go up right.

Ww, I recommended all four of these stocks back around the middle of May or May 12th, I see. I do not marry these stocks , but I look for a trading window to make a 30-50% profit.

Look at the charts you sent me of them. Most had a very good move that started by the middle of June. Cdti had a move two weeks later of over 300%!!!.

More specifically, I recommended on May 12th:

       Royl @ $3.00+-        Hit  $3.68 on Jun. 1st  and $4.16 on July 18th
       Cdti  @$3-$4            Low of $3.65 on 05/17, then hit $11.20 on 05/27
       Aray  @ $7.50+-        Hit $8.70 on 07/13, then $8.73 on 07/21 and 07/22
       Eee   @$2 +-             Hit $2.54 on 07/07

I am currently recommending Pran, Txcc, Cprx to snap back nicely here soon for good percentage gains.

                        Thanks,
