Are you using TeleChart 2005 or the old TC2000/TCNet?

I too am having trouble, this after the download of the latest version of TC2005. On Update it will only go to Item 4 (prices) then the computer stops working. Upon using the cancel item the chart shows no update, but the heading shows todays date.

I brought TC2000 ver. 5.3 up to date and it worked fine. Then I tried TC2005 and it updated fine. Don't know what that had to do with making TC2005 work, But it updated the data O.K.

Unable to get on TC2005, keeps updating program files, and never seems to get anywhere. Had the program on most of the day, and turned off accidentally. This is the first time since I downloaded three day's ago.

MarkAB,

Give it another try. Traffic seems to be dying down. If you're on a high speed connection, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. If you're on a dialup internet connection, it will take at least 30 minutes.

1. We're streamlining the auto upgrade process and in the future you'll have the choice of upgrading or electing to wait and upgrade later.

2. Also, the updates will be less frequent. TeleChart 2005 was beta tested over a six month period but we're still ironing out some problems that need to be resolved before the old version expires at the end of the month.
