I paid $89.99 and I am not getting pop up and sound alerts.A ll I get is Email alerts, for which I dont even care, do not need email alerts... Is this feature sound alerts and pop up alert feature available or not ? The pop up and sound alerts work on the free version but the limit is only 5 alerts. So paing $89.99 should provide unlimited alerts, but it is not working ..Any help? Does any TC 2000 user have those sound alerts working on intraday minute charts?

I am a platinum subscriber as of now. To my understanding , alerts have to work instantly when the line is crossed, intraday , or any time frame, 1minute , 5 min, daily candle. But it is not working , very very frustrating. Trade Statin does work instantly, but TC2000 has some features that TS does not. Im just frustrated that nobody in tech support answers my phone calll, left tons of mesages on Friday..very dissapointed.. 

Interestingly , the totaly free version www.freestockcharts.com alerts work escelent..But you can not put more then 5 alerts total. It prompts " pay $29.00 for Gold " and get 100 alerts.

I rebooted it all ans all I am getting is only email alerts, NO sound, NO pop out windows. Testing it on EUR/JPY since US stock markets are closed...DO you guys get sound and pop alerts?

ok I will try to reboot all and do it again..Im looking for POP out alerts, and sound alerts..email alerrts are not that important. I do scalping on many stocks very quickly ..thanx guys and lets see if this will work
