I am using the latest version TC2000.
I am turning on the alerts, but nothing is working . I did everything as per all the tutorial videos,
draw the horizontal line, turned on the alert, turned onthe Pop Up alert, sound alert, Email alert and nothing gets trigered .This was on Friday Jan17.I did try the curencies today too but alerts are not working. I tried from seceral diferet computers and no success. So it must be a glitch with TC2000..Anybody can help?
Thank You

Can you be specific about what you've tried and what isn't working? I stopped using TC2000 alerts because they seemed to trigger arbitrarily. When you're using alerts on an intraday basis, getting a chime a good half hour after the alert should have been triggered does no good.

I can't seem to edit my previous post. I just wanted to add that I too would be interested in a trainer's answer to this question. I'd like to upgrade to Platinum in order to take advantage of real time quotes and scans/alerts in lower time frames, but I'm not satisfied with the alert system the way it is and would like an answer as to why it doesn't seem to trigger when it needs to.
Do the alerts only trigger after a candle is closed, for instance?

I am a platinum subscriber as of now. To my understanding , alerts have to work instantly when the line is crossed, intraday , or any time frame, 1minute , 5 min, daily candle. But it is not working , very very frustrating. Trade Statin does work instantly, but TC2000 has some features that TS does not. Im just frustrated that nobody in tech support answers my phone calll, left tons of mesages on Friday..very dissapointed..
Interestingly , the totaly free version www.freestockcharts.com alerts work escelent..But you can not put more then 5 alerts total. It prompts " pay $29.00 for Gold " and get 100 alerts.
In sane ...frustrating
