Thethe following PCF: (C > AVGC5) AND (AVGC5 > AVGC10) AND (AVGC10 < AVGC125) AND (AVGC10 < AVGC250) evaluates T/F for individual charts. It is updated through 9/09/05, but when I use it to flag the entries of my active WL TRUE it fails to do that. Can you please explain? Thank you.

I am not exactly sure what you mean. Are you unable to flag or are the stocks showing TRUE not fitting the criterion.
If it is a flagging issue, please review this video on flagging and see if you can detect the problem.
How to use the Flagging feature
If the PCF seems to be returning TRUE on stocks that should not be TRUE do this for me:
Create a new EasyScan, set the WL to scan to "ALL STOCKS" and add this criterion. Save the EasyScan and look at the stocks that show up in the WatchList.
1) How many stocks end up in the WL? 2) Is price above the 5ma? 3) Is the 5ma above the 10ma? 4) is the 10ma below the 125ma? 5) is the 10ma below the 250me?
Let me know.

When selecting Databank | Personal Criteria Formulas, is Calculate For set to All Items in System?
If you are Flagging symbols in a Personal Watchlist, do you have a Watchlist Column dedicated to your Personal Criteria Formula, or alternately, are you sorting by your PCF with a Sort Value Column?
If you are using an EasyScan, is your PCF included as one of the conditions?

I am sorting my WL by my PCF by clicking on that PCF in my PCF list. the "sorted by" tab is 1 (Symbol, Comp Nm, Sort Value). Other time I've done this I would get the TRUE flag under the Sort Value column. For this new PCF I get nothing under the Sort Value column. Following your suggestion I used that PCF in an EasyScan (where it is intended to go) and to my surprise it select 0 entries. So I think at this point my PCF may be wrong and it evaluates FALSE for everything, and I need to look at it more carefully.

Check out Bruce's suggestion above. You may not be calculating the PCF on the right WatchList.
