 When I run an individual test on a PCF against one stock, it tests true but when I run an easyscan which is against all stocks and that PCF, that stock doesn't get included in the result. Any reason you can think of?

 It could be something else, but my first thought would be the Personal Criteria Formulas are not updated for a Watchlist including the symbol (even though a Watchlist with the symbol is selected as the Watchlist in the EasyScan).

Select Databank | Personal Criteria Formulas.
Make sure Calculate For is set to All Items in System.
Select Update All Criteria.

 Is the PCF the only condition in the EasyScan?

Yes, select all items and the PCF, nothing else.
