I would like a PCF Formula with the following parameter: The signal in Gap Up with the price (inclusive) higher than yesterday's maximum and equal or less than 3% of the same maximum yesterday.

I was wrong with the wording!
The right parameter is the opening signal in Gap Up with the price included in the range between + 0.1 and 3% compared to yesterday's maximum.

If the open just needs to be greater than but within 3% of the high.
H < O AND O <= 1.03 * H
If it specifically needs to be between 0.1% and 3% above the high.
1.001 * H <= O AND O <= 1.03 * H
