how do you change the colors of the price and size of the price?

The price scale is going to be the same color as the price plot. To edit the price plot, right click on the chart and select Edit Chart Properties, then click the Price Style tab. 

To adjust the font size of the scale, click the Color/Grid tab and adjust the Value Scale Size.
