For some reason I thought I couldn't use OR in pcfs only AND.

You may be thinking of EasyScans as an EasyScan will AND all of its EasyScan Conditions with each other.

You can use both OR and AND in Personal Criteria Formulas. The only thing to note is that OR will be evaluated before AND unless a different order of operations is forced by something like parentheses.

Both sides of AND must be true in order for the ANDed section of the PCF to be true. If either or both sides of the AND are false, then the entire section will be false.

Either or both sides of OR can be true in order for the ORed section of the PCF to be true. The section will be false only of both sides of the OR are false.

If I have created multiple scan conditions from a chart (i.e. no option to see/edit formula) which I would like to use as ORs in an EasyScan, how would I go about doing it?

Or would I have "translate" the various scan conditions into PCF code in order to use them as OR conditions in relation to each other?

Not having OR condition in a scan is a major limitation.  Is there any plan to enable usig  "OR" conditons in scans?

I am not aware of any plans to add OR to EasyScans at this time. Thank you for your suggestion.

regarding the OR condition; is it possible to use OR condition in PCF that invlove two diffrent time frames? if yes; how. if not; how to go about it?

for example, I want to creat ONE scan for this : C < C1 and C1 < C2 and C2 < C3  on both 5 & 15 minutes.

No, you cannot mix timeframes within a PCF.
