I've just downloaded the latest version which appears to be 16.0.... and straight off there is a wide margin on the date axis of a few cm which appears to be locked so that it can get move left but not right. How do I reset this or move it right?

That needs to be there for some of the trading features when the chart trading feature is turned on, but chart trading can be turned off.

There should be a flame in the lower left corner of the price pane on the chart. Click on that to turn it off and you should be able to adjust the forecast space on the chart all the way to the right.

Ok thats worked. Also just noticed that BATS real time data is off and I can't find setting to turn it on.

There is no BATS data in version 16 at this time. You can still run version 12 if you need to see the BATS data. The BATS data caused problems with the new paper trading feature so it has been removed for now.

I think I will. The graphics are blurry on this version as well compared with 12.4.

Turning off chart trading does not make the additional tool bar item with buy and sell, etc. dissapear. I'm quite dismayed that i'm losing even more real estate at the top of the screen. In my estimation there are now 3 separate bars at the top that are completely unnecessary and cause my charts to be squished which is the opposite effect of what I'd like to see.

Also, how did we go from version 12 to version 16 without any explanation on the website or in the forums?

I immediately went back to version 12.6.5661.29885 until this is resolved. I'm beginning to get a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth as I see energy going into things like Paper Trading when a long list of important features we have posted on the forums goes ignored by Worden.

Try selecting Trading at the top of TC2000 and choosing settings. Then uncheck Show Account Summary to get rid of the extra line at the top of the screen.

OK, that works. Thanks Bruce. The trick is that you have to create an account before the settings become available.

I apologize that I did not know or mention that as I already had an account created.

I just downloaded version 16.  Setting alerts on trendline seems to need platinum. This is not an issue on version 12.6.
