Lagging TC2000 data Rate this Topic:

Hello, 

My TC2000 data is lagging my interactive brokers feed for various NASDAQ and NYSE stocks by up to 4-5 seconds today.  Can you please tell me why that would be the case?

I do not know why the feed would be lagging another provider. One possibility would be a slow connection to our servers. You may want to contact technical support to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

Hi Bruce, 

Do you know why data would also be displayed incorrectly on charts?  This kind of thing has been happening for a while now

I ve been havingthe same problem , lagingdata, and very slow( freezing) move from one window to another.Very frustrating.

amaxlv, as an fyi regarding the video above - tech support says it's a bug with pre/post mkt data that they're fixing...

today again, TC2k is lagging IB data feed by 2+ seconds for DDD

Technical support is not provided in the forums. If the program is not behaving as it should, you need to contact technical support.

thnx will try that link, but it may also be a slow computer with slow processor or not good enough vidfeo card when using multiple monitors.
