I do not know why the feed would be lagging another provider. One possibility would be a slow connection to our servers. You may want to contact technical support to see if they can help you resolve the issue.

Hi Bruce,

Do you know why data would also be displayed incorrectly on charts?  This kind of thing has been happening for a while now

Hello,

My TC2000 data is lagging my interactive brokers feed for various NASDAQ and NYSE stocks by up to 4-5 seconds today.  Can you please tell me why that would be the case?

Thank you

If you need price to be above the moving average by by less than 3%:

AVGC50 < C AND C < 1.03 * AVGC50

You would need to set the time frame of the Condition Formula to 2-Min when you create or edit the Condition Formula by using the Time Frame drop-down menu in the Edit Formula window. Note that you can do this for TC2000 version 12.4, but not in TC2000 version 7.

If you need price to just be less than 3% above the moving average (including being at or below the moving average), then you can ignore the first part of the Condition Formula given above:

C < 1.03 * AVGC50

The 1 minute through 10 minute time frames currently go back for eight trading days. The 15 minute through 1 hour time frames currently go back for 67 trading days.

The amount of data available in the various intraday time frames has changed since it was first offered however and I could not say for sure that the same number of trading days of data will always be available in these time frame in TC2000 version 7.

Great - Thank you so much!
