How can you code a PCF that will allow the RS to be a comparison to any stock or index. The only option I see in the PCF syntax is RSI ( which is based on SP-500 I think). I want to select stocks that where the 10DMA is greater than the 40DMA today and was = or less than yesterday.

You can't use PCF's for the RSMA strategy, because RS is not available in PCF syntax.

However, the good news is that you don't need PCF's. You can do a visual comparison sort, comparing one of the RS moving averages to the other. Here is a training video that explains how to find moving average crossovers using visual sorting. The video uses moving averages of price, but the same technique could be applied to the two moving averages of RS used in the RSMA exit strategy.
