I just converted to Platinum, Do I need a new software?
I wanted to try platinum for a month?Please advise.

No, you don't need new software. Just exit TeleChart and sign in again and you will be logged in at the Platinum level.

That portion worked, however when I go to "Pltinum Software" and click on "real Time Setting and complete the form, I get Phon Data Missing.
There was no field to input Phone number, so I am not sure, why is it missing and where is it?

For some reason, there must not be a phone number listed for your account. Please contact our sales department at (800)776-4940 and provide a phone number. Then within a few minutes after your call, you should be able to log in.

Please call 800-776-4940 and provide them with your updated phone number. It should be updated in the program soon after that.
