Is there any formula to find highly volatile stocks such as we find in the Coal or Shipping industry where you can have price wings of 5, 10, 15 points or more.

I want for example to see stocks that in one day can be as low as 55 and as high as 65 (just an example) even thoughit will close at 58

Keep in mind that the trainers can't give setting, interpretation or investment advice What we need from you to help you create a Personal Criteria Formula is a detailed and objective definition of your requirements. An example or an "I'll know it when I see it" type definition is generally not going to be enough to allow us to help you create a formula. For example:
Range at least 5:
H - L >= 5
Average 10-Period Trading Range at least 5:
AVGH10 - AVGL10 >= 5
Minimum 6-Period Trading Range at least 5:
H - L >= 5 AND H1 - L1 >= 5 AND H2 - L2 >= 5 AND H3 - L3 >= 5 AND H4 - L4 >= 5 AND H5 - L5 >= 5

How do I set up an easyscan that finds stocks with big daily moving range, and back and forth few times a day?

It's impossible to do with an EasyScan because Personal Criteria Formulas and EasyScans are always based on the twenty minute delayed Daily data. Since you only have an Open, High, Low and Close for the Day, there is no way to know if the stock moved back and forth during the day.
It might be possible to do using Custom Percent True or Custom Indictars with Realtime Indicator Sorting, but that would be limited to the top 200 symbols in the Watchlist and would require an unambiguous objective definition of "big daily moving range".
