I'm a newbie so if it sounds like I don't know what I am talking about it is because I don't.
I wanted to find the best way to create scans with leading indicators to search for extreme over bought or over sold conditions?

Have you ever heard of searching using 20 period Acceleration Bands? I read that metastock has a plugin to search with them, can we replicate that with TC? Daily chart would be based on 20-day EMA, and weekly on 20-week EMA.

Related search is the stochastic Oscillator with extremes at the 80% ans 20% over weeks and or months time period scans? Is there a way to replicate this as well?

Ideally I would want to scan for the Highest possible historic volatility as well as:
-stock’s close is above the 200-day SMA
-10-period ADX is greater than 20.
-stock’s Liquidity Filter is greater than 3
-100 period Historical Volatility reading is greater than 20.

How could I accomplish this scan?
Is it possible to create an alert or scan to tell me when a stock closes above its 5 period simple moving average?

Is it possible to wrap a chart of the equity put/call ratio with bollinger bands in TC?

Trying to learn all i can as fast as I can...any help is welcomed.

Welcome to the forums. A very good foundation for learning how to use TeleChart can be gained by reviewing the following:

If you are new to TeleChart READ THIS FIRST!

An extension discussion of Acceleration Bands is contained in Acceleration Bands.

The Weekly and Monthly raw Stochastic can be reproduced using Daily data by simply multiplying the Stochastic Period by 5 or 21. The SK or SD lines are based on Moving Averages however and would need to be expanded manually when creating Personal Criteria Formula (you can use the Daily formulas for Custom Indicators on Weekly or Monthly charts, but could just use the built in Stochastic indicator for that matter).

Please try using the following Personal Criteria Formula as an EasyScan Condition:

I do not know how to do either as PCFs, but you can sort by the ADX value.

PCF for Wilder's Directional Movement DMI-crossovers
PCF for Wilder's DX, and/or a CI for Wilder's ADX

100 period Historical Volatility reading is greater than 20.

The Historical Volatility (HV) topic covers this in some detail.

I do not know of a way to do so currently using TeleChart.

I do not know of a way to do this using TeleChart (it does not have Put/Call data).
