 where can i get formula to find gaps?

 You don't need to create a formula.  GAPPERS is a criterion already in your TeleChart that you can both sort and scan by.

Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria
Create your own stock rankings using WatchLists and Sort conditions
