I am interested in following several markets at the same time and trading those that are demonstrating active up or down trends. I am having a problem finding a list of 10 to 25+ of the best historically trending markets to follow...stocks or commodities. Does anybody have a good list to utilize or a web site that might have some information to help me set up my particular "watch list" of indexes? Thanks...

How would you define a "trend".
(it means different things to different people)
up/down? up only? days,weeks, months?

I would be using a 100 minute chart...for example...the Dow 30 Index was in a spectacular up trend using this time frame. My goal is to use trend lines and buy (or sell) at the upper/lower trend lines. I am interested in both up trends (for going long) and down trends (for shorting). I just want to be able to get as many trending market indexes as I can so that when one is not in an obvious trend..I can find one that is. Thanks for any help...

I don't trade less than daily bars but my guess would be things like:
Trend direction. (a dual moving average cross) or (linear regression % slope)
would put you in the right direction. (up/down)
Along with trend conformation: (ADX 14,14 >25)
You can do all types of sorts based on the ETF watchlist.
