Is it possible to write a PCF to identify stocks whose current P/E is below the average P/E for the last 3 years and whose latest EPS is higher then the average earnings for the last 3 years?

You cannot reference earnings or any fundamentals in the PCF language.

Review all of the fundamentals you can sort or scan for here: Definitions of all built in scanning and sorting criteria
