What is it indicating when the bop goes below the 100 level or below the 0 line. Also what are the numbers to the right indicating (specifically). I listened to the video however I'm still unclear.

The BOP scale on the ranges from +100 to -100 with a 0 midline. Values above +30 are green and represent accumulation and values below -30 are red and represent distribution. + or - values between +30 and -30 are yellow.

From the help file:

"Green signifies dominant buying, red dominant selling. When BOP is close to the zero line, revealing no clear dominance of either buying or selling, it is plotted in yellow."
