We cannot provide trading advice. I will move this to the Market Talk forum so other traders can offer their thoughts.

I'm in, bought yesterday twice, 1.16 and 1.20. But still only a 1/4 full position size...doubt I will buy more. I'm kinda antsy with these small volatile stocks, but I like the risk/reward I've made with my small position...I can see a quick high percentage gain. Stops at 1.12 and 1.04. Pricing at close and after hours yesterday, and now this morning pre-market kinda goofy...jumps from 1.30 to 1.16 back and forth, back and forth. I guess that's what you get with these dollar stocks.

TSV9 Simple has been in a negative divergence during the pullback and on 01/18/06 hit a low not seen in over a year.

Thanks,

CEO resigned this past Friday...There's support right around these levels so we'll see how it shakes out. My shares were stopped out by the weakness last week so I think I'll watch this one a bit before thinking about getting back in.

Even though there appears to be support at .81, I would be willing to bet this stock is going to drop through that level. Why? Mainly because there are no insitutional investors to speak of, and the retail investor is going to PANIC!!!!

When the ceo resigns that perhaps indicates a very serious underlying problem.

I am not sure why the CEO has resigned ..maybe a better offer. But now it looks like a bargain to me. I have made good money on this stock in the past and love the video compression software that is makes. With video on demand becoming more and more popular. I think this company has potential.

Sudden CEO resignations are not good except when for Health or political office (eg. Presidential cabinet posts) reasons although sometimes that is used as the excuse. AvoidAvoidAvoid...did I mention to AVOID?
Ceos don't leave suddenly for "better things elsewhere" if it is going well where they are. If its going well, they built it and are usually happy to continue doing so "...things in motion tend to stay in motion...until interupted by an opposite force..." (believe thats one of Newton's laws).
