I need the following pcfs if possible to scan for
1.) Stocks up 100% plus from 52 week low if traded less than 52 weeks the low of the number of days the stock traded for.
2.) Current price is within 25% of high price during 100% plus move.

Hey bigblock do you mind posting your cross system
|
How about having each pcf occur within 5 days and 10 days
|
What was the final formula for this to figure out if the signals were true instead of on the same day
|
There is abook out by Phil Town. I would like to make a PCF That uses his Buy/sell signals. It is very Mechanical. here it is:
Buy Signal:
after all 3 occur:
Price moves ABOVE 10D MA
and
8-17-9 MACD histogram crosses ABOVE zero
and
slow stochastic 14period crossesover ABOVE its 5period MA
Sell Signal:
After all 3 occur:
Price moves BELOW 10D MA
and
8-17-9 MACD histogram crosses BELOW zero
and
slow stochastic 14period crossesover BELOW its 5period MA
So I would like to create 2 PCF's A buy and a sell and then I will create a % true indicator.
Just need help creating the PCF's Thanks
This was answered before on the the board but, i want to figure out how to sort the results as true not that they all occur on the same day but the signal occurs when they occur in order on different days if so.

I have overlooked some of the videos for stocks bouncing in a channel and others but, i have yet to fine tune the formula i am looking for.
1.I want to try to find stocks that have broken out of bases or consolidation of 1 year or more. I would like to sort these by the width of the base or the price it has bounced between
2. I would also like to find stocks that have broke out of multiyear down trendlines to the upside
Any help would be appreciated or point me in the right direction so i can put these formulas together
I am more of a long term trader who studies weekly charts more than dailies
