1. Up 100% plus from 52 week low. (where the stock has traded for less than 52 week, the low of the number of days the stock traded for)
2. Current price is within 25% of high price during the 100% plus move.

In the first two requests above, the "current price" is referred to explicitly in Item 2) , but not in Item 1).  This leads me to believe that the stock must move up 100% plus from the 52 week low at some time since that low.  Current price is within 25% of high price during the 100% plus move.

That the stock currently is up 100% or more from the 52 week low is explicit in the third request, but not the first two.

There is nothing in the three requests that requires requires STOCn >= 75.  At the reference under 2), I erroneously agreed that there should be.

Thus, in my opinion the PCF should be of the form:

(high at or since the most recent occurrence of Lk = MINL252) >= 2*MINL252
AND
0.75*(high at or since the most recent occurrence of Lk = MINL252) < C

You already have a PCF for (high at or since the most recent occurrence of Lk = MINL252) at the reference under 2).  Unfortunately, I do not see a way to prevent writing it twice.

Please notice that if the PCF returns True, then:

C > (3/2)*MINL252

returns True.
