Can i get a PCF for TSV crossing up OR down the zero line?

Would it be possible to get a PCF for the TSV 20 crossing up OR down its 13 period moving average?

Then Is it possible to create a PCF which alerts/true when the ADX crosses +/- its 2-day SMA?

Can a PCF be create to alert/pass when the ADX slope goes from positive to negative? And/or possible change of the rate at which it is increasing/decreasing?

really would lke the first PCF, when ADX slope is positive, and when it is negative.

Can you possible create the boolean indicator to say a cross up OR down? i.e. whether it has crossed the signal line in either direction in the last 5 days?
