A Condition Formula for a Simple TSV18 crossing up or down through the zero line can be written as:

SGN(TSV18) <> SGN(TSV18.1)

A Condition Formula for a Simple TSV24 crossing up or down through the zero line can be written as:

SGN(TSV24) <> SGN(TSV24.1)
