You may wish to add Price as a Percent of 52 Week High (it's a built in System Criteria) to an EasyScan and adjust the Rangefinder until it only produces stocks you think are "close". You may wish to review the following:

Just as Bruce noted:

Create a PCF for Price as % 52 Week High
C / MAXH250 * 100

Include this PCF in your EasyScan
Select Value on the Range Selector close to 100
Include any other criteria such as Volume, Price Per Share etc.
Run the EasyScan, will return stocks close to your Value Range
Sort by this PCF, it will return % of 52 Week High

Just remembered, no need to create a new PCF, that PCF is in your system "Price as % of 52% Week High"
