Here is the PCF for the 5 day simple moving average crossing up through the 20 day simple moving average.

 You don't need a PCF for this. You only need PCFs when you want a condition to sort or scan by that is not already in system.

Click the EDIT button on your chart. Click the PLUS '+' by PRICES. Add a Linear Regression line with a period of 25. Set the width to make the channel as wide as you like.
