The choices for creating Drag and Drop Rules are dynamically created using all of the other items in the same Scale. They will vary from Indicator to Indicator (as some Indicators might have more Plots in their Scale than others).
The OB Top, OB Bottom, OS Top and OS Bottom are the result of the Channel Plot used to fill the area between the Indicator and the Overbought and Oversold Value Pointers that can be Dragged up and down. They show up on the list because they are Indicators in the same Scale.
I would not generally recommend using either to create a Drag and Drop Rule. The portion of each Channel Plot based on the Value Pointer constitutes only a single Number and is not a Date & Number Series. Comparisons to these portions of the Channel Plot may not produce the results you might expect as a result.
You would probably be better of comparing the Indicator to a Value by using selctions such as Crossing Up Through Value, Crossing Down Through Value, Greater Than Value and Less Than Value instead.
