I need help with a RSI filter, I created a rule using RSI 14,3 child 5, and scaned all US stocks and got zero results for below os, below ob, crossing obove os, ect.  I would like to filter for oversold conditions. can you help me?

hello, I was looking over your discusion on MACD crossover scans,   Because I was Looking for a scan that would look for MACD above zero on the weekly charts and would look for MACD crossing zero on the daily charts.  I am using  criteria MACD Histogram 12,26,9.    And  unfortunately I don't understand what you mean when you say " YOU COULD PLOT DAILY FORMULAS ON A WEEKLY CHART AS CUSTOM PERCENT TRUE INDICATORS AND THE USING INDICATOR SORTING ON THEM"    How do you plot daily formulas on a weekly chart?  Thanks much.
