I'd like to create this watchlist condition scan in Blocks.  The scan would identify individual stocks whose Negative Volume Index and Positive Volume Index BOTH rose today.  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

 Unless I'm misunderstanding something, they can't both go up at the same time. The Negative Volume Index remains unchanged when the current Volume is at or above the previous Volume while the Positive Volume Index remains unchanged when the current Volume is at or below the previous Volume.
