PCFs only work on Daily data. Until you get the first delayed data for the new market day (by updating Databank after 9:50am ET), C = the previous day's close. Once you get that first update, C1 = yesterday's close.

You need to enclose the three price calcs in parens before dividing by 3:
Plot = (((Price.High+Price.Low+Price.Close)/3)+ _
((Price.High(1)+Price.Low(1)+ Price.Close(1))/3)+ _
((Price.High(2)+ Price.Low(2)+ Price.Close(2))/3))/3
