Is there any code for the moving average indicator to change colors when it changes from up to down
or down to up?

There isn't any sort of built in way, but there is a workaround using the Dots Plot Style and Custom PCF Indicators.

There actually may be a built-in way, but it's still a work-around. But, it might save the step of using Custom PCF Indicators.
I don't have my TC2000 laptop wilh me, but the last few evenings I've been playing with the Volatility Stop set to (10,1.50) and using a certain EMA as the Data Source. The resutling plot of dots is pretty smooth, and two different colors for up and down.
Just a guess (maybe I'll try it tonight) but if you use the moving average you're interested in as the Data Source, and dial the VolStop settings down to (1,1) ... you may get the same thing.
Just a thought. :)
