What are 1-2 examples of formulas I could use to identify stocks that:
a) Have raised their dividend at least once each year for each of the past 2 years including 2008, and
b) Their current annualized dividend yield is equal or greater than 3.5%.

TeleChart's Personal Criteria Formula Language does not have syntax for referencing other symbols or fundamentals. I do not know of a way to create a formula to do what you want.
While you can create an EasyScan, you would be limited to the most recent values of the built in Fundamental System Criteria and I don't believe it is possible to determine if a company raised their dividend at least once each year for the past two years using just this data.
