I am looking for 20ma uptrend, downtrend or flat 20ma stock formulas, and the same for 50ma and 200ma. I don't see bollinger bands and  am also looking for low priced stocks of $3,$2, $1 or less. I am new and have had syntax problems. Please give any of these if possible.

I am new and have had syntax problems.

The PCF Formula Descriptions topic covers the syntax available for use in PCFs.
The How to create a Personal Criteria Forumula (PCF) topic covers the creation of PCFs.
The Handy PCF example formulas to help you learn the syntax of PCFs! topic has some example PCFs.

I don't see bollinger bands...

The Modelling Bollinger Bands (& Standard Deviation) in a TC PCF topic explains how to construct PCFs for Bollinger Bands.

...and  am also looking for low priced stocks of $3,$2, $1 or less.

A PCF for Price less than or equal to $3 would be:

C <= 3

A PCF for Price less than or equal to $2 would be:

C <= 2

A PCF for Price less than $1 would be:

C < 1

To find stocks meeting the desired condition, you would use the the PCF as an EasyScan Condition:

What are your objective definitions of uptrend, downtrend and flat?
