What WatchList are you sorting? What Criterion are you sorting it by?

Are you doing it in descending or ascending order?

Have you reviewed this video: Create your own stock rankings using WatchLists and Sort conditions?

Did you get a chance to watch the video I linked above?

I think scanning for your stocks would be easier.

Watch this short video: Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria

Then create an EasyScan with two conditions:

Exchange (NYSE)
Gappers (Up or Down)

At the bottom of the WatchList it says X of Y items in the list. What are the numbers there?

Is allstocks the System List called All Stocks or a list you made?

No. It should always contain 7k+ symbols. Double check your WatchLists to make sure you don't have another list called All Stocks.

Next time you see this happen, don't update and contact the support team.

Technical Support is available via telephone, live chat and email. Their hours are 9AM - 9PM EST through the week, and 9AM - 3PM Saturday. support@worden.com or 919.408.0542. Support is also available via live chat. You can go to the Live Tech Support Chat during business hours for live interactive chat with one of the Tech Support Agents.

Ok. The support team may have sent this to us in training thinking it was a scanning/sorting usage error. It does not appear to be the case after our exchange above.

Let me know here if it happens again and I will arrange to get the tech team involved based on this new information.
