SwingTradingToday,
Yes, it is possible to scan for Bullish MACD Crossovers . You may wish to review the following:

DR DETH,
It is impossible to write a formula for a number of periods ago without knowing either the formula for the current value or the exact MACD settings you wish to use.

DR DETH,
Assuming that you are using a Daily Chart and want a formula similar to that provided by 'Bullish MACD Crossover' PCF Tool, please try the following:

XAVGC8.45 - XAVGC18.45 > XAVG(XAVGC8.45,6) - XAVG(XAVGC18.45,6) AND XAVGC8.46 - XAVGC18.46 <= XAVG(XAVGC8.46,6) - XAVG(XAVGC18.46,6)

DR DETH,
Please try the following:

XAVGC8.45 - XAVGC18.45 > XAVG(XAVGC8.45,6) - XAVG(XAVGC18.45,6) AND XAVGC8.46 - XAVGC18.46 <= XAVG(XAVGC8.46,6) - XAVG(XAVGC18.46,6) AND H45 = MAXH252.45
