Setting up an EasyScan in TC2000 version 7 is a matter of selecting New | New EasyScan and adding the desired conditions.
Using EasyScan to find stocks that meet your own criteria
You can click on the flag column in the EasyScan to flag and unflag items in the EasyScan.
How to use the Flagging feature
Selecting WatchList | Copy to Other List | Flagged Symbols in WatchList | (New WatchList) will allow you to copy just the flagged symbols in the EasyScan to a new Personal WatchList.

The original answer was specifically for TC2000 version 7 as you both use TC2000 version 7 on occasion and asked the question in the TC2000 version 7 forum.
The technique to use in TC2000 version 12.4 is pretty much the same however. You can select New | EasyScan to create a new EasyScan and Add Condition in the Edit tab to add new conditions to that EasyScan.
Building a Scan with Multiple Conditions
You can click on the flag column in the Scan or Streaming tab of the EasyScan to flag or unflag symbols being returned by that EasyScan.
Flagging Symbols
And right-clicking on a symbol returned by the EasyScan and selecting Copy Flagged To | (New Personal WatchList) will copy all of the flagged symbols in the EasyScan to a new Personal WatchList.
