Plots of Fixed Rate of Return (FX##) data always show the last data point (i.e. today) wrong.   This point is usually too low by about half the value of the fixed rate.   It's always been annoying but now sometimes this upsets the new Smart Scaling by causing plots to be positioned incorrectly by considering data that lies outside the range of correct data and the scale can't be easily changed to bring things back into view.

I think this error is in all versions of TC2000 after Version 7.

Thanks.
