I am trying to set up a custom date sort, but I am not able to reference dates before 9/17/2001. Is this a limitation of the system or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

Hard to say with limited information. Is that happening for all stocks, or perhaps a single stock that didn't exist prior to 9/17/2001?

Just spitballing here - I don't use Custom Date Sort all that often. Not sure what else it could be, but Bruce and/or StockGuy should be back tomorrow.

It has the problem for any symbol I try. I've copied a screen shot for DOW, but the date selections are limited to 9/17/2001. Thanks.

I tried it for a few symbols and am getting the same thing: a start date of 9/17/2001.

As I mentioned, I don't personally use Custom Date Sort that often, so I'm stumped. Might be a system limitation, but that's weird.

I'm sure Bruce or StockGuy will be able to help tomorrow.

Good luck!

Hi Bruce - any ideas on this custom date sort issue? I can't seem to access any dates earlier than 9/17/2001. Thanks.

No idea. We'll follow up with the developers.

Thanks.
