TC2000 stalled at 9:41 Rate this Topic:

Hi,

Is this only my probelm (I'm from Europe)?

It is not an isolated issue limited to your account. The charts and data are not updating currently. We are working to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

It also appears that support chat is not functional.

I entered a query and there is no response.

Not working platinum either since 9:41AM EST. Right in the middle of a new trade. Good Grief!!!   Is there a way to check data status within the open program or at least at the Worden web site so we are not running around trying to resolve a problem at our end while the problem is at the other end?

The wait to get through to technical support is currently quite long as a result of the outage.

There is currently a message at the top of my copy of TC2000 indicating, "At 9:41 a.m. our primary data provider experienced an unexpected outage of their feed processor. Engineers are working to solve the problem as soon as possible."

Thanks Bruce.  BATS is the only data provider used?

We only have one data provider for our stock pricing data, but it is not BATS.

BATS is an exchange where equities are actually being traded like the NASDAQ.

Thanks Bruce.  BATS is having problems this morning also, so I thought the problems may have been related.

My bad! I see the message at the top of the screen now. I guess I need to raise my eyes once in a while when looking at the screen. Thanks for info.

I do not actually know when the message appeared (other than it being sometime before my post at 10:43 AM ET). It may not have been there at the time of your original post.

There is also a post currently on our homepage indicating, "Notice - Monday, Nov 4th: At 9:41 a.m. our primary data provider experienced an unexpected outage of their feed processor. Engineers are working to solve the problem as soon as possible." I do not know the exact time it was added either.
