Is there a way to create an indicator that draws yesterdays Daily chart High, Daily chart low and Daily chart Close on today's 15 mins chart?

It is possible to do this type of charting in StockFinder with a little bit of work, but it is not possible to do so in TC2000.

You can show yesterday's close and today's open on the chart by editing the Price History indicator and checking show yesterday's close line and/or show today's open line. There is no similar option for yesterday's high or low however.

Note that even though it is possible to plot yesterday's close and today's open on an intraday chart, there is no way to automatically reference these values on an intraday basis in a formula.

This would be a good enhancement to add similiar to the pivot points indicator where in todays chart (intraday) we can plot the previous days values such as Open, Close, High, Low & Mid.

Even if you do not plan to add it, just allowing a way for us to add a custom indicator by referencing previous days daily values on toays intraday chart it would be very useful. In other words, whatever indicator code written for pivot points or for plotting yday's close in todays intraday chart, it would be good to expose that so we can add other lines from past few days daily and plot that on to todays intraday chart as a horizontal line.

This would be a very useful enhancement to add.

Hi Bruce,

Respectfully, will this ever be added as I see many people have asked for it over the years on this forum and they're always given the 'thank you for suggestion' response to keep them quiet (including me on another thread).

As advanced as TC2000 is, to not have something as basic as price lines for yesterday's high and low seems bizarre when they are such important lines for a lot of day traders. Technically I wouldn't imagine they'd take a lot of coding work to add so when something has been requested numerous times for at least the last 5 years, why wouldn't you just do it?

Is it possible to have a straight answer as to whether this is in the pipeline and if it isn't, can you explain why please.

Thank you.

I do not know when or if any particular suggestion might get implemented.
