How do you install the Laguerre time transform indicator combined with the choppiness indicator?

I have heard of the Laguerre RSI, but I have not heard of the Laguerre Time Transform Indicator and hove no idea how you would want to combine it with the Choppiness Indicator.

Never heard of this, but in the spirit of (maybe) helping, the top of my Google search returned this short article. It mentions "transform" but that's as far as I went...

Of course, mating Laguerre with the Choppiness Indicator is a whole other challenge. Maybe you can put both of them in the same room with a large bottle of champagne and let nature take its course.
